Singaporeans have a mindset, do however much, I get the same pay. Yet foreign talents are able to spot the advantage in doing more. I do more work, I gain more experience. They are willing to work 7days a week for a same job with lower pay than a singaporean who works 5days a week. If you are the employer, which will you want?

Singaporeans, work 1 extra day, complain, overtime, complain, too much work, complain. HOW TO COMPETE?
